1st Monday of the month: Eastbourne - meet by The Beach Deck (flat seafront walk)
2nd Monday of the month: Newhaven - meet by Newhaven train station
3rd Monday of the Month: Seaford - meet by Buckle car park (flat seafront walk)
4th Monday of the month:Bishopstone - meet by Bishopstone train station
