Led by two yogis & nature lovers from St. Pete, FL - Jenny, yoga instructor and Salena, Sound-Healer, you'll seamlessly integrate into our welcoming circle of like-minded women.

Gather in an awesome home in the mountains complete with a large deck, miles of trails, waterfalls, and fire pit!!

This down-to-earth retreat welcomes individuals of all levels of experience, fostering a non-intimidating atmosphere focused on exploration and having fun.
Whether you're a novice or an experienced yogi adventurer, our classes and workshops cater to all, blending accessibility, challenge, and playfulness.
There will also be plenty of free time and space to breathe and relax.
We want this weekend to be a chance to unplug so we are strongly encouraging minimal phone usage so we can be fully present! 🩵
The retreat house is in a rural area, which is amazing for groups like us attempting to bond. Most mobile phones will not have service in the mountains. However, you may use the house phone to make and receive calls and the house just received fiber optic internet, so you can text and call via Wi-Fi!
✨ this is an alcohol-free event as we want to consciously connect and will be plenty high off nature!
