Join herbalists David Cypher and Julia Bedford for an immersive, hands-on workshop that will explore the rich traditions of herbal medicine – from Anglo Saxon England to 13th century Wales, with insights from 11th century Germany along the way.Discover the traditional uses, folk tales and modern relevance of a variety of plants on a guided forage, sample a herbal charm, and try your hand at making your own potions and lotions.
You’ll also help prepare a communal lunch to be enjoyed together.
