Come join Kellie from The Perfect Mix Baking Co. with an ALL NEW CLASS!!! This class will focus on the making, mixing, flavoring, coloring and applying Royal Icing. This class will be two hours long and will teach the in's and out's of royal icing.
Attendees are URGED to bring photos of cookies with techniques they would like explained. Kellie will give each photo a step by step explanation of techniques used to achieve each design. When applicable, those techniques will then be shared with the class. This is a very hands on and interactive class meant to teach everything there is to know about royal icing and what we can achieve with it.
This new class will be structured as followed:
* All Materials to make, mix, color, and use royal icing on a cookie base will be provided
* Guided lesson on the basics of making, flavoring, creating multiple consistencies and applying royal icing
* Hands on class that will allow all attendees to mix their own icing to ensure understanding of different consistencies
* Personalized Q&A where attendees bring in a photo of a cookie and Kellie will explain all methods used
* Icing and cookies completed in class will be able to be brought home
