This joyful, all-levels yoga class blends gentle movement, puppy cuddles, and meaningful impact. Puppies receive critical early socialization and positive human interaction while you get a dose of movement, connection, and pure joy.

Puppy yoga is a feel-good experience with real impact—participants enjoy a calming, joyful yoga class while helping puppies gain critical early socialization, positive human interaction, and gentle enrichment that builds confidence and increases adoptability. The funds raised from this scheduled class directly support the Humane Society’s lifesaving work, helping cover veterinary care, food, enrichment, and adoption programs, while also connecting the community to animal welfare in a meaningful, memorable way. It’s wellness with purpose: supporting mental health for humans and brighter futures for puppies. 🐾
