Step into the warmth of The Uncommon Ranch this holiday for an evening of seasonal flavors, hands-on learning, and indulgent pairings. In this immersive cocktail class, you’ll discover how lavender elevates classic holiday drinks into something truly uncommon.
First Cocktail: The Uncommon "First Frost Fizz" (say that 3 times)
Learn to shake up our lavender cranberry sparkler featuring Uncommon Ranch small-batch lavender simple syrup. You’ll also be guided through the art of sugaring cranberries for a festive garnish. A refreshing mocktail version will be available. (please note in your class registration)
Seasonal Pairing
Enjoy a beautifully curated appetizer platter by Chef Kaytie, featuring seasonally-inspired bites.
Second Cocktail: The Uncommon Lavender "Solstice Martini"
Indulge in the creation of our white chocolate peppermint lavender martini. We’ll show you how to craft lavender-infused cream and balance decadent flavors for a dessert-worthy cocktail. A refreshing mocktail version will be available. (please note in your class registration)
Sweet Ending
Your evening concludes with a decadent chocolate and lavender dessert designed to pair nicely with our Lavender Solstice Martini.
