Heal the Healers Retreat
Heal the Healers is an intentional pause for those who hold space for others—guides, facilitators, practitioners, leaders, and caregivers—who so often give from an open heart while placing their own restoration last.
This retreat is a sacred container devoted to deep nourishment, nervous system repair, and remembering the self beneath the roles we carry.
Through ceremony, sacred sound, meditation, somatic practices, gentle movement, and time held by the land, we create space to soften, release accumulated weight, and be genuinely tended to.
This is not a training, and it is not a space to perform your work.
It is an invitation to be held—by ritual, by community, and by nature itself.
To remember what it feels like to receive as deeply as you give.
To reconnect with your passion, ease, and excitement from a place of wholeness.
Nourishment
All meals during the retreat will be Igor’s offering to this gathering—lovingly prepared so that no one else has to think about cooking or food logistics. Each meal is created with care and intention, allowing participants to fully receive, rest, and remain present in the experience.
The Land & Accommodations
The retreat is held in nature, offering a simple, grounded, and intentional experience. Accommodations include shared yurt glamping. There are two outdoor showers and a shared bathroom facility, separate from the sleeping areas. Please plan to bring your own toiletries and any personal comfort items.
Arrival & Opening
Guests are welcome to arrive anytime on Thursday, with our opening circle beginning between 4–5pm. If additional settling time is desired, guests are also welcome to arrive Wednesday afternoon.
