First Time Flyer? Building confidence? This class was designed for you to build a strong foundation. We’re keepin’ it cozy while you get to know the silks — with stretchy flows, supported hangs, and some funky poses that feel way cooler than they are hard.
You’ll stay close to the ground while learning how to wrap, balance, and maybe (just maybe) go a little upside down. No pressure — just good vibes, giggles, and a little anti-gravity magic.
