Ready to step into the winemaker’s role for a night? Join us for an immersive, hands‑on Blending Lab where you’ll craft your very own custom wine blend using two to three base wines, guided by the expertise and storytelling of Marc Newman.

You’ll learn how to evaluate appearance, aroma, taste, and finish, then experiment, adjust, and perfect your personal blend. Once you’ve dialed it in, you’ll even get to name your creation — the ultimate winemaker moment.
