Solar Serenity: Sound Bath & Restorative Yoga

Solar Serenity is a 90-minute restorative yoga experience with Megan Ianni designed for all levels and all bodies. Supported, floor-based postures and breathwork will bring awareness to the solar plexus chakra (self empowerment), while a live sound bath from Erica Thomas unfolds throughout the entire class, creating a steady atmosphere for self discovery in tandem with nervous-system support. The practice will move slowly and intentionally with ample time in each pose to rest, receive, and feel serenity. We’ll begin and close with a brief circle for reflection and optional sharing, offering a gentle container for connection as we start the summer season. No prior experience with restorative yoga or sound healing is needed, come dressed comfortably, and bring a journal.
