We offer a limited amount of mats, blankets and pillows , but if you want to bring your own that is fine. We do sit/lay ont he floor the whole time. Chairs available upon request.

Dress comfortably and bring some water in a sealable container. If you have your own journal you want to bring, we encourage you to, but you do get a workbook you can write in.
