Have you ever heard of a solar oven? This is a device that collects energy from sunlight to focus the heat and cook food without other fuel sources. Join us for this fun STEAM event and make your own pizza box solar oven to take home. We will also test one out to see how long it takes to cook some s'mores to enjoy! We will meet from 1:00pm - 2:00pm in the Storytelling Room on Saturday, July 6th. All supplies will be provided. For youth entering 6th - 12th grade. Registration is required and will open on June 22nd, 2024.
