Solace—a luxurious, fully-supported restorative yoga experience that allows you to pause, soften, and surrender.For 90 minutes, you’ll sink into stillness supported by plush props—bolsters, heated blankets, blocks, sand bags, and eye pillows—enabling your body to feel completely held and comforted. Expect slow, mindful movement, long-held supported postures (5-20 minutes each), calming sounds, and guided moments of soothing awareness. Every detail is designed for effortless rest, allowing you to restore your energy and recalibrate your nervous system.
