Please read the overview information below BEFORE completing your registration.

Our Summer show, Willy Wonka Jr. will be open to ages 8-15. Your child must be at least 8 years old by audition day, June 6th. If your child is 15, they must be 15 years old throughout all of camp, which ends July 26th.

REQUIRED: Please review the Student Contract BEFORE completing registration. Please follow these instructions.

2. Download the document to your device. (Note: You must download the document before you can complete the e-signature.)
3. Review the contract with your child.
4. Complete the e-signature.
5. Save the signed document using your child’s first and last name.
6. Email the completed contract to: [email protected]

to access the student contract.

If you are not able to e-sign, please print the student contract, sign and bring the physical copy to the parent meeting.

Fee Information: Cost is $350 Camp Tuition and $50 Non-Refundable Registration Fee

Placement is only guaranteed if: (1) $400 ($350 tuition + $50 fee) is paid at registration (2) the student contract is signed and turned in by parent meeting.

Parent meeting is on May 20, 2026. This is in order to secure your child’s placement in the program and to receive a script at the parent meeting. Full refund of your camp tuition ($350) minus signup fees, will be issued when a request to drop from the program is emailed to [email protected] prior to the parent meeting on May 20, 2025. The last date to drop with NO PENALTY is May 19, 2026, which is the day before the parent meeting. No refund will be given past May 19, 2026.

There will be a parent meeting on Wednesday, May 20th where parents will receive information from the Directing team about the audition process. Further info regarding the parent meeting will be emailed to parents of registered students.

Every child who is registered for the program will be assigned a part in the production after auditions. Every child will be required to sing, dance, and act as part of the audition process. Willy Wonka Jr. is a musical production. Roles will be assigned according to which student is the best fit for the role during auditions. Casting will not be done according to level of experience or prior roles in other productions.

Auditions will be held at SoLa's Southland Mall location.

AUDITION SCHEDULE

Auditions: June 6th, 10:00am-4:00pm

• Performers will sign up for one of four audition slots. They are on a first-come first-serve basis.
• Saturday, June 6th from 10:00am-12:00pm
• Saturday, June 6th from 12:00pm-2:00pm
• Saturday, June 6th from 2:00pm-4:00pm

Callbacks: June 7th, 12:30pm -4:00pm

Camp and performances will be held at the Municipal Auditorium, 880 Verret St. from 8:30am-3:00pm. If you are aware that your camper will miss more than 3 days, we ask you reconsider their attendance in this camp. Excused absences include an illness that prevents the performer from participating in rehearsal or a previously scheduled school event that cannot be rescheduled. ALL absences must be communicated to the director prior to the start of camp, June 29, 2026. If absences are not communicated or unexcused, this could result in the performer being pulled from numbers, scenes, etc. Family vacations are NOT an excused absence. Attendance is crucial to the success of our program and should not be taken lightly.
