About this Event
Sol Waves by Oceana Yoga is a conscious beach dance journey guided by embodied movement, curated dance music, and live music - all held in silent-disco style with headphones provided.
This is an invitation to connect with yourself and community in a playful, expressive, and substance-free space.
All-levels embodied movement workshop, Dance Your Prayer with Captain-Pat, with organic house and bass music mixed by DJ Oceana and sound healing with Harmonic Holistics, and Reiki by donation with Katy La Plante.
This experience blends freedom of movement with intention and presence.
You are invited to allow open air, your own breath, and the waves of music to activate divine energy through you. Come solo, with a friend, or with a partner - all are welcome, and no dance experience is needed.
