Join ASE Cooperative this December for Sol to Soul, hands on workshop series celebrating the traditional folk medicine practices of the African Diaspora. Together, we’ll explore everyday herbalism, seasonal wellness rituals, and the ancestral wisdom that has supported our communities for generations.

Each session blends storytelling, history, and practical crafting as you learn to make your own DIY self care items, perfect as nourishing gifts or as tools for your own wellness. From homemade remedies to soothing body care, you’ll leave with something you created and knowledge you can use long after the workshop ends.
