Units, Members and Delegates,

The Southern District Annual meeting is scheduled for Saturday, November 1st to be held at Sokol KHB in Ennis, Texas. Lunch will be served at 12:00 noon with the meeting to begin at 1:00 p.m.

All units are entitled to two (2) delegates to this meeting with additional delegates based on membership (over 250 members). If you have questions about the number of delegates you are entitled to, please email with your membership numbers and I will let you know how many delegates you are allowed.

As in the past, in order to expedite this meeting, all units and Southern District officers are asked to submit reports prior to the meeting. The tentative deadline for these reports will be Wednesday, October 29 by end of day. This will allow time for them to be distributed (if necessary) and reviewed by everyone prior to the meeting.

Please try to let me know the delegates who will be in attendance and if there will be any guests so that we can get a good "headcount" for food.
