In this one-of-a-kind workshop, Dunedin-trained psychiatrist and founder of Mind & Nature Dr Ivan Lin teams up with Gisborne’s favourite soil agroecologist Jacopo Orazi from Radice Soil Solutions to explore the science and soul of how we nourish both land and self.
Together, we'll journey into how regenerative agriculture and nutritional psychiatry are deeply interconnected—through the gut microbiome, the quality of our food, our connection to nature and our collective future.
