Emily Eisner is the acting executive director and chief economist at the Fiscal Policy Institute, where her research focuses on the intersection of macroeconomics and labor economics. Previously, she worked for the North Carolina Department of Commerce’s Labor and Economic Analysis Division and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
For the negative:
Kenny Burgos is the CEO of the New York Apartment Association, where he represents a coalition of housing providers who own and manage hundreds of thousands of rent-stabilized homes across New York City. He is a former member of the New York State Assembly representing the 85th district in the southeastern Bronx.
