This sound bath is an invitation to set the armor down.
Through gentle crystal bowls, low grounding tones, and slow waves of sound, you’ll be guided into a state of deep nervous system rest. There is nothing to fix, release, or figure out—only space to soften, exhale, and be held.
This is for the ones who’ve been strong for too long.
For tired bodies, tender hearts, and spirits ready to rest.
