Softening into Stillness

Softening into Stillness is an evening designed to guide you toward rest and presence...a chance to release tension, calm the nervous system, and soften into simply being.

Through guided exercises, we’ll explore:

Mindful breathwork to release physical and emotional tension

Guided meditation — an invitation to rest, not to perform

Journaling and creative expression around the theme of stillness

Optional sharing at the end for those who wish to connect and reflect

No prior experience is needed, simply come as you are, in comfortable clothing, and bring an open heart. Journals and writing materials will be provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own if preferred.
