The 4th annual one-day softball slo-pitch softball tournament in support of Heart and Stroke

Date: Saturday August 29th, 8:30am to 5pm
Location: Richmond Green Park, 1300 Elgin Mills Road East (held over 4 softball diamonds)
Team Size: Co-Ed, 12-15 players
Price: $500 for the team. Players will receive a tax receipt, net our costs.
Additional Details:
- This will be a 12-team tournament with teams split across a recreational division (for teams that do not play often), and more competitive
- We are getting regular umps to volunteer their time for the day
- Each team will play 3 round-robin games, 1-hour each. Playoffs will feature a semi-final round, 1-hour game (top 4 based on W-L then run differential) and finals (1 -hour game, winners of the semis).
- We will provide pizza lunch to all players as part of the registration cost
- Additional partnerships, sponsors, and raffle prizes to be announced as we get closer to the date. But it is confirmed that Amity Health will be returning to offer free massages to players.
- The winners of each division will receive a) heart and stroke swag, and b) customized medals
