Due to the success of this month’s pandesal class, we’ve received inquiries about the next session. We are excited 🎉🎉🎉 to announce that we will be organizing another soft pandesal class in December insyaAllah. 🤲🏻
YOU WILL LEARN THE FOLLOWING:
1. Soft Bread Techniques: How to bake exceptionally soft pandesal, with techniques applicable to other favorite bread recipes.
2. Baker’s Percentage: Understanding and applying baker’s percentage, allowing them to accurately scale recipes up or down based on their needs.
3. Proper Storage: Effective methods for storing bread to maintain freshness and texture.
4. Umami Flavor Methods: Advanced techniques for infusing umami flavors into their pandesal, enhancing its taste and complexity.
By the end of the lesson, students will have a solid foundation in both traditional and innovative bread-making skills.
