Soft & Sweet: Fall in Love Edition🍂

This fall, Soft & Sweet Retreats invites you to step away from the everyday and spend a cozy day reconnecting with yourself, with your lover, and with the little things that make life feel sweet. 🤎

Nestled in a warm cabin setting, this retreat is designed to help you move, create, reflect, and simply be present.

Whether you come solo, with your best friend, or with your partner, there is room for you here. Couples are especially encouraged to join us for an experience centered around connection, intentional time together, and creating something beautiful to take home.

🌿 What to Expect

Mindful Movement with Coach Summer
Begin the day with a gentle group stretch followed by “Lean On Me”, a fun partner-based movement session where you'll learn proper form, try new exercises, and practice supporting one another through movement.

🕯️ Create Your Own Fall Candle
Get creative with Trini's Garage as you and your partner choose from beautiful seasonal scents and create your very own candle using a blend of beeswax, soy, and coconut oil.

Reflect & Pour Back Into Yourself 📝
We'll take some intentional time to pause, reflect, and reconnect through a guided reflection experience inspired by our beloved Self-Reflection activities Soft & Sweet is so well known for! Come ready to think about what you're releasing, what you're grateful for, and what you want to carry with you into the season ahead.

Capture the Moment 📸
You'll also have the opportunity to take fall-inspired Polaroid photos! A sweet little keepsake to remember the day by.

Paint a Little Joy 🍂🎨
Choose your pumpkin, get creative, and make something sweet to take home with you. A cozy little moment to slow down, play, and enjoy the season.

Refreshments + Lunch 🍩
Enjoy cozy fall refreshments and a delicious lunch while spending time connecting, laughing, and enjoying the company around you.
