SOFLO LOCO is the first improv festival ever held in Miami Lakes — a full weekend of unscripted comedy, workshops, and performances that puts South Florida's improv scene on one stage in one town. And it opens the only way an improv festival should: with everybody playing together.
The Kick Off Community Jam is an open, all-are-welcome night of improvised comedy. Names go in a hat, groups get pulled at random, and performers who have never met create scenes on the spot. Festival artists, veteran improvisers, and people taking their very first shot at it all share the same lineup — because a jam is where the community actually meets each other, not just the audience.
