Sofa Sunday Ride at East Fork (Triple Header, Day 3)

The couch is right there. It's warm. It has your name on it. Ride anyway.
Day three of the Ohio State Park MTB Triple Header wraps up at East Fork, and honestly this is the best one to close on. Long, flowing singletrack that rewards a tired body more than it punishes one. You can spin the whole thing and still have a great day.
If you rode Friday and Saturday, congratulations, you've earned whatever you eat tonight. If this is your only day of the three, you haven't missed anything. Show up.
Casual group and intermediate group as always, regrouping at intersections and climb tops. Ride leaders front and back. Nobody gets left behind on a cold day.
We'll get the grill going afterward. Hot food in a cold parking lot in late November hits differently.
**Bring:** bike, helmet (required), water, snacks, and more layers than you think.
