SOF Teens & Tweens ( 11 years of age and older ) - Scuba and Mindfulness with The Station Foundation

Special Operations Forces teens and tweens are invited to join The Station Foundation for a morning of underwater exploration, breath work, and real-world mindfulness, all through the unexpected lens of scuba diving. Pressure is something SOF teens know well. This experience teaches them what to do with it.

Why Scuba? Beneath the surface, everything changes. Breathing becomes intentional. Movement requires awareness. Outside noise disappears. It's one of the few environments that demands complete presence and that's exactly the point.

Through guided instruction in a calm, supportive pool setting, participants will explore how the same skills that make a good diver also make a more grounded, resilient person:

• Breath control and intentional focus
• Staying calm in unfamiliar or high-pressure situations
• Building confidence by doing hard things
• Body awareness and emotional regulation
• Trusting yourself to adapt when it matters

8:45-9:00 AM - Arrival

9:00 - 11:00 AM - Scuba Diving

11:00 AM - End of Event

What to expect:

• All equipment will be provided
• You can come with bathing suit under clothing or change in the facility
• Bring towel and flip-flops
• Snacks and Water will be provided
• Bring your love for adventure and your smiles
