As the world of coffee brewing continues to evolve, with an ever-increasing array of brewing methods and filters emerging, it's crucial to focus on the fundamental aspects of brewing: the resulting flavor profile and its analysis.

In this advanced course, you'll delve into the intricacies of coffee extraction, exploring
- the difference in flavor changes during the extraction process and
- how the flavor changes with timing during the brewing process
You'll learn how to analyze these changes and identify their influencing factors.
This year, the new 3D extraction control concept has been fully introduced in our new textbook. This new 3D extraction concept will help students in calculating extraction equivalents. We will also help you understand yourself better through complete mathematical models.
The course will also provide a complete analysis of the fundamental concept for the differences between the Golden Cup table (SCA Extraction Control Chart) and calculations.
We hope that those who want to understand their brewing through scientific analysis can participate together. It is a brain-burning but solid course.
