A Day of Dance, Fun & Fellowship! Grand Lake Family YMCA and Good Shepherd Hospice ​invite you to ​join the fun and experience ​n​ew ways to be more active​. YMCA Instructors​ will give LIVE demonstrations to 50s & 60s music, leading Chair Yoga, Gentle Chair Fitness, Stretch & Balance, and Pedaling for Parkinson's​. Let’s celebrate YOU with music, movement & memories!
