Email marketing gives businesses a great opportunity to connect with and talk directly to their customers without having to worry about the algorithms of social media. Lots of businesses, however, neglect their email list. Emails get forgotten or sometimes they are just too nervous to use it in case they offend someone.

In this presentation Amy will take you through why you should have an email list, how to grow it and how to use it to connect with your customers.
