Her aim is to inspire and enable others to feel as well as they can possibly feel. Julia knows that Tai Chi Qigong has changed her life and believes that everyone can benefit from its gentle mindful movements and breath work.
The session begins with a brief introduction of how Julia moved from working in the IT industry to where she is now. This is followed by a short history of Tai Chi and Qigong followed by the potential health benefits including:
