The Social Sketch is free weekly art session at Soundwave (72 King Street, Whitehaven) on Mondays 5:30-7:30pm.
It is designed for anyone who is curious about creativity or passionate about art. All ages are welcome at these sessions. The Social Sketch is a relaxed session that allows anyone to bring in their own creative projects in to progress while harnessing social accountability; if everyone around you is in flow creatively, then you are more likely to create art too.
If you don't have any art projects to bring in then there is art materials provided and sometimes we have focused sessions dedicated to a specific craft but overall its a relaxing space to get creative and make friends.
