Social Service Worker (SSW )Wellness Workshop - Student Edition
About this Event
Take 90 minutes to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. This Wellness Journaling Workshop is designed specifically for Social Service Worker students who want to build sustainable, meaningful self‑care practices.
We’ll begin with an in‑depth keynote on genuine, authentic self‑care—what it really looks like in the helping professions and how to integrate it into your daily life. From there, you’ll move into a guided journaling activity to reflect, reset, and explore your personal wellness needs. To close, you’ll take part in a creative beading session where you can make your own bracelet or keychain as a grounding ritual to carry forward.
Registration is $15, and all materials plus light refreshments are included.
Join us for a supportive, hands‑on experience that helps you reconnect with yourself and strengthen your well‑being in a way that feels real and sustainable.
