🏃‍♀️🤗 ¡Ven a correr y a pasarlo bien en nuestra Social Run!
Buen rollo, kilómetros y gente con la misma afición. Así de fácil 😄
¿Tienes carrera al día siguiente? Perfecto, te viene de lujo como activación. Y si no… pues mejor aún 😉
Ven como quieras: solo, con amigos… aquí siempre hay equipo para disfrutar de unos 45 minutos de carrera.

⚠️ Importante: Esta Social Run está dirigida a corredores que puedan mantener un ritmo de entre 4:00 y 5:45 min/km durante aproximadamente 45 minutos. De esta forma todos podemos correr juntos, disfrutar de la actividad y mantener un ritmo homogéneo.
Disponemos de un local para dejar mochilas, chaquetas y tus pertenencias mientras corres. Al terminar… quien se anime, nos vamos a tomar algo cerca 🍻🥳

💡 Te pedimos un favor
La actividad es gratuita, pero las plazas son limitadas. Si al final no puedes venir, acuérdate de cambiar tu RSVP a "No voy" para que otra persona pueda aprovechar tu sitio.
¿Por qué es importante?
• Puede haber personas en lista de espera.
• Nos ayuda a organizar mejor el grupo y la ruta.
⚠️ Si faltas 3 veces sin avisar, tendrás que descansar de las siguientes inscripciones durante un tiempo. Nada personal, ¡es para que todos tengan oportunidad!

Good vibes, a few miles, and people who love running just like you. Simple as that 😄
Got a race the next day? Perfect — it's a great way to loosen up. If not… even better 😉
Come however you like: on your own or with friends… there's always a group ready to enjoy a 45-minute run together.

⚠️ Important: This Social Run is designed for runners who can comfortably maintain a pace between 4:00 and 5:45 min/km for approximately 45 minutes. This helps everyone enjoy the session while keeping the group running at a similar pace.
We have a clubhouse where you can leave your bag, jacket and other belongings while you run. Afterwards… if you fancy it, we'll head somewhere nearby for a drink 🍻🥳

💡 A quick favour
The session is free, but places are limited. If you can't make it, please remember to update your RSVP to "Not going" so someone else can take your spot.
Why it matters:
• There may be people on the waiting list.
• It helps us organise the group and route properly.
⚠️ If you miss 3 sessions without letting us know, you'll need to take a break from signing up for a while. Nothing personal — it just keeps things fair for everyone.
