This is a Family Friendly Social Ruck Event.
September is a time of new beginnings. Summer is over, the kids are back to school, routines become more ... well routine. But it is also a time to try new things.
School of Ruck is a family friendly event. Pack your ruck full with books (no weight plates) and your favourite childhood school lunch snack.
We will be going on a light ruck around the park, fitness movements AND some Trivia questions. If there is a large size of participants we will divide the group (possibly a team of teachers, adults, and children. Similar to "Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader").
The spirit of the event is to be a fun family friendly event. If you don't have children, no worries, still come out and join in.
