Schools, families, and in some cases, entire countries, are grappling with how to manage the interface between social media and youth.
Parents and educators alike can see that there are implications surrounding social media that are uncomfortable: we don’t fully understand the cognitive effects, and we don’t know how to weigh the positives and negatives sensibly against each other.
Coast Mountain Academy invites parents and anyone interested in deliberating this topic to a moderated discussion hosted by Mr. Court Ashbaugh, Head of Senior School.
