Heywood Wakefield Commons Assisted Living invites you to join them for a presentation on June 15th about Social Isolation and Loneliness. The seminar will be given by Melissa Kujala, MS Behavioral Health Counselor with Aging Services of North Central Massachusetts.
Those in attendance will learn how to understand the difference between social isolation and loneliness and how they impact mental and physical health. The presentation will offer tools to learn about the signs and symptoms of loneliness and explore practical ways to build connections, along with resources for where to get support.
