Social Ice Sessions: open and social ice bath and sauna sessions, held several times a week — perfect for connecting, recharging, and discovering your best self in good company.

Contrast therapy in free flow: enjoy 1.5 hours of open access to our ice baths (3–9°C) and Finnish sauna (70–95°C). Arrive whenever you like, move at your own pace, and alternate between cold and heat as you prefer. No fixed rounds or turns — just freedom, flow, and fun.

Music and good vibes: a curated music selection to accompany your experience, in a relaxed yet energetic atmosphere. No distractions — just community, music, and the power of contrast.

Connect with the community: come alone or with friends. Social Ice Sessions is your meeting point to connect with like-minded people, share experiences, and be part of Valencia’s wellness community.

Guidance when you need it: first time? Our team will be there to answer questions and guide you every step of the way.

Social Ice Sessions: sesiones abiertas y sociales de baños de hielo y sauna, varias veces por semana, perfectas para conectar, recargar y descubrir tu mejor versión en buena compañía.

Terapia de contraste en free flow: acceso libre durante 1 hora y media a nuestros baños de hielo (3–9°C) y sauna finlandesa (70–95°C). Llega cuando puedas, muévete a tu ritmo y alterna entre frío y calor como prefieras. Sin turnos ni rondas marcadas: libertad, fluidez y diversión.

Música y buen ambiente: selección musical que acompaña la experiencia y un entorno relajado y energético. Sin distracciones: comunidad, música y el poder del contraste.
