Here's what you can expect from your fitness bootcamp
10:00 We will begin with a light jog as a group and some dynamic stretching scaled to your abilities to get warmed up and get the blood flowing.
10:15 After the warmup we will complete a circuit of group, solo and partner exercises to meet everyone properly and to target all those muscles that are neglected in our daily lives.
10:30 The best part! A series of competitive games and exercises. You'll be having so much fun you'll forget you're exercising.
10:45 Warm down and complete your bootcamp with some tailored stretches.
10:55 After every group training bootcamp you'll get a healthy fruit smoothie to kickstart your healthy day! There are multiple flavours to choose from mixed berry and coconut to the popular banana and turmeric.

What if I've never worked out before?
Our sessions and bootcamps are tailored to fit all fitness levels whether you're a seasons gym goer or just starting out on your journey.
Can I come alone?
Our bootcamps are full of positive, fun and motivated people so you won't have to worry about not knowing anyone and you'll have a bunch of new friends by the end.
What do I need to bring?
I recommend bringing a water bottle and a positive attitude. All equipment you will use is provided.
What if it rains?
If it rains we have another undercover space next to our field. The bootcamp will be exactly the same only undercover.
What if I have an injury?
Notify us prior to the session so we can scale the exercises and tailor them accordingly.
What if I'm not motivated?
That's exactly why we're all here. Training with a group in a bootcamp setting is proven to produce better results and higher levels of motivation.
What if I have kids?
Excellent! The kids can get out of the house and play right next to us in the park. You can meet people and improve your fitness and your kids can wear themselves out and get a good sleep.
What if I'm advanced?
That's great! We can help you take your fitness to the next level with scaled and tailored exercises.
What if I can't come every week?
Don't let one missed day discourage you from bettering yourself. Nobody ever got unfit from missing one session. The important thing is you start and keep going.
