Identify What's Running the Show

Most of what's holding you back isn't a lack of skill it's a belief that was formed before you had the tools to question it. We'll identify the specific patterns keeping you invisible and start dismantling them in the room.

02 - Emotions & Nervous System

Regulate Before You Communicate

You can't show up confidently when your body is in threat mode. You'll learn practical nervous system regulation tools so that high-stakes moments stop triggering your fight, flight, freeze, or fawn response.

03 - Behaviour & Body Language

Practice Until It Becomes You

Posture, eye contact, voice, movement, and presence, these aren't things you either have or don't. They're skills. You'll practice them in the room with real-time feedback until they feel like yours.

Info: Why your body learned to play small. The science of conditioning, core beliefs, and why knowing better has never been enough on its own.

Info: Guided workbook exercises to pinpoint the specific belief driving your social habits. You'll leave this session with something most people spend years in therapy trying to find.

Info: Practical regulation techniques you'll practice in the room. The goal is not to eliminate nerves, it's to stop your body from treating social moments like survival situations.

Info: Live demonstrations, partner practice, and real-time feedback on posture, eye contact, voice, and presence. You'll walk into the room as one version of yourself and walk out as another.
