Social Anxiety Workshop
Social anxiety is more than feeling shy — it’s a nervous system response that can create overwhelm, tension, and disconnection in social situations.
In this session, we’ll gently explore what’s happening in the body and brain, and why it can feel so intense even when we know we are safe.
You’ll be guided through simple, science-informed tools to support regulation in moments of overwhelm, including breathing techniques, gentle movement, and a deeply relaxing guided practice.
You’ll leave with practical tools you can continue using beyond the session to support more calm and ease in everyday social situations.
