Get ready for a high-energy, vinyasa-based flow designed to make you sweat, wine, and free up yuh self. Expect to move with intention, to build strength, while you’re at it — if you buss a wine mid-flow, I nuh stop yuh. 😌
We’re turning up the energy with a LIVE DJ set by DJ Narci, bringing island vibes to carry you from your first stretch to your final pose.
Enjoy offerings from our local vendors — from treats to treasures that’ll keep you feeling good from head to toe.
