SOCA for the STORM - Hurricane Melissa Relief Dance Class

Join Melanin Movements for a special Soca Saturday Edition - SOCA FOR THE STORM- as we come together to support families in Jamaica & Haiti affected by Hurricane Melissa.

During this 2 hour workshop, you will experience: a High Energy Aerobic Warm up, Dance Choreography, a cool down stretch & a Meditation Excercise. Caribbean Rum Punch will be provided. Please message me if you prefer a non alcoholic rum punch.

All dance levels are welcome & celebrated!

Bring your flags, a yoga mat, water & waistlines!

Donation Items: Non-Perishable food items, toiletries, baby supplies or first-aid items. (Please see Flyer for Specifics)

All collected goods will be dropped off between TWO locations: ATL4Haiti & Belle & Lily Caribbean Brunch House.
