Join a small group of like-minded women for topic-specific gatherings in a serene and welcoming environment. Begin to examine your relationship with alcohol in a supportive setting that promotes the choice to omit alcohol, removes rigid parameters, allows for connection and creativity, and engages insightful reflection to foster desire to change.
Sober Succulents promotes the opportunity to create, connect, and restore by challenging your perception that the absence of alcohol equates to the absence of fun. Identify patterns of thought that do not serve you and replace with tips and tricks that support you on your self-defined journey toward wellness.
Tracy Carmody, Therapist and Addiction Recovery Coach, will guide this women-only event for those in all stages of change from Dry January, to those in long term sobriety. Be a part of our welcoming and supportive community to foster change in a unique and fun way!
