Subject: Join Us for the Next Hungry For Wholeness: Sober Curious on Nov 18!

I’m excited to invite you to our next Hungry For Wholeness event on November 18th from 6-7:30 PM! This session will focus on a topic close to my heart: sober curiosity. Many of you have requested this, and I can’t wait to share my own journey of living alcohol-free for the last 2 years alongside a couple of amazing women who will also share their stories.

This evening is for you if:

• You’re looking for tips on how to stay balanced and grounded during the holidays

• You want to explore limiting or cutting out alcohol

• You’re curious about living a vibrant life without alcohol and how to have fun doing it!

We’ll be pouring delicious mocktail tastings and serving some nourishing snacks, so come ready for a night of connection, inspiration, and community. If you arrive early, grab a drink at 6 PM, and we’ll dive into the conversation closer to 6:30.

These evenings are such a beautiful way to connect with like-minded souls who want to optimize their health and live with intention. I’d love to see you there for this empowering discussion!

Cost: $44 (includes mocktails, snacks, and an inspiring evening together)
