Sober Curious CNY - Sober Succulents

Join a group of like minded women for topic specific event meetings in a serene and welcoming environment. Begin to examine your relationship with alcohol in a supportive environment that promotes the choice to omit alcohol, removes rigid parameters, allows for connection and creativity, and engages insightful reflection to foster desire to change.

Sober succulents promotes the opportunity to create, connect, and restore by challenging your belief that the absence of alcohol equates to the absence of fun. Identify patterns of thought that do not serve you and replace with tips and tricks that support you on your self defined journey toward wellness.

Tracy Carmody, a long time therapist, and addiction recovery coach will guide this women’s only community event meeting in Manlius for those in all stages of change from Sober October, to Dry January, and inclusive for those in long term sobriety.
