Sober Curious CNY: Restorative Yoga

Join us for a rejuvenating womens only session of Restorative Yoga at the Center of Om! This private community event is hosted by Sober Curious CNY, a group of like minded indiviauls supporting exploring, and changing your relationship with alcohol without the parameters of labels.

Explore wellness with a supportive group that engaged you in opportunities to reflect on patterns of thought that do not serve you, those that hold us back in general, and those that prevent us for restorative wellness. Mindful, moderate, and sober, we support your self defined path to wellness.

Absoutely no experience needed! Step outside your comfort zone and have fun with this welcoming group of women focosed on wellness!
