Welcome to the LIT Rave Vancouver, the most epic sober dance party experience!

Join us on May 21 2026 dance the night away on the beach with some awesome humans

This is a holistic wellness and sober dance event designed to nourish your soul, fueled by beats that leave us feeling elevated and the magic that’s within our bodies.

These events are high vibe, very intentional, attract the best people, are rooted in neuroscience, somatics and positive psychology to ensure you have the time of your life!

Parking: Free and paid street parking is available

Note: If you are in a financially tight place and would still like to attend reach out to me and you can either volunteer or I can provide you with a discount.

• Bring a water bottle to reduce waste
• We will be outdoors at the beach so bring what you need
• Wear whatever you want that makes you feel comfortable and good in
• The space is drug free, substance free, alcohol free, judgement free and everyone is expected to be respectful of themselves and others
• Hugging and physical contact will be encouraged BUT if you are not comfortable with that you do not have to participate
• Please share the space and be mindful of peoples personal boundaries, check in and ask for permission before hugging or touching other people
• Intentional and mindful use of the phone is encouraged, for the most part being fully present will allow you to have an elevated experience

LitRave is the a movement around bringing more health and wellness to the party scene. Through combining neuroscience, somatics, dance and raving to help people experience elevated states and get high off life, while sober.

The movement is rooted in increasing human connection, play and how we interact with each other on the dance floor. While reducing reliance on substances, disconnection and feeling isolated or alone when partying.

Getting LIT is the action of creating positive releases of neurotransmitters like dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin while you are raving/dancing/partying to allow you to feel high naturally and promote wellbeing and connection.
