Join us this spring for a faith-centered gathering honoring Women’s Month. Through gentle Pilates and guided journaling with devotional prompts from the Psalms, we’ll slow down and make space for God’s presence together.

Guests are encouraged to wear bright, vibrant colors.

This mat Pilates session is designed for all fitness levels, focusing on the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Every stretch and movement is done with purpose; inviting you to slow down, tune in, and become more aware of your internal and physical being and aware of the presence of God within and around you. Through guided, gentle movement, you’ll cultivate strength, flexibility, and calm, while creating space to hear from the Holy Spirit. It’s more than exercise—it’s an opportunity to worship with your body and realign with God’s peace and purpose.

Info: During this time, we’ll slow down and reflect through guided journaling prompts inspired by the Psalms. Together we’ll meditate on Scripture, write, pray, and process what God may be revealing personally. This is a quiet, unhurried space.
