So you want to be a Screenwriter? Q&A with Hannah Daniel + Film Networking
About this Event
Join us for an inspiring evening of conversation, insight and connection with screenwriter Hannah Daniel, as we explore what it really takes to build and sustain a career as a professional screenwriter today.
Hannah Daniel is a Welsh screenwriter and actor whose career spans writing, creating and performing across television and film.
Alongside her writing partner Georgia Lee, Hannah created and wrote all six episodes of Mudtown / Ar y Ffin, the acclaimed dual-language legal drama starring Erin Richards, Tom Cullen and Matthew Gravelle. The series was nominated for Television Drama at the 2025 BAFTA Cymru Awards.
Hannah and Georgia began writing together in 2017, going on to write and direct the award-winning short films Destination and Burial before making the move into television. Their current projects include The Night They Vanished, in development with the BBC.
As a solo writer, Hannah has written for The Tenby Murders and is developing In the Jeans with Bad Wolf.
